Coy Needham was born and raised in Dripping Springs, and his family has called this community home since the 1880s. Growing up here gave him a deep appreciation for the Hill Country lifestyle and a genuine connection to the people and land that make this area so special.
Before real estate, Coy built his career in the apparel industry, where building lasting relationships and understanding what people actually need became second nature — skills that carry directly into how he works with clients today. Along the way, he also spent time giving golf lessons, which taught him patience and the ability to connect with a wide range of people.
